This site is a club site that produces a very low volume of products ON DEMAND.  Nothing is in inventory and we batch all orders once a month.  When you order and see a shipment (pre-ship status) that means the label was printed and it went to the floor for the next batch.  IT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER SHIPPED.  Please be patient as you may wait up to a month or more to receive your orders based on the total number of orders placed (when we fill a batch for production).  GXOR uses the spare cycles of  a company to run our limited batches to keep costs down.  Thank you.
